Road suspended by landslide reopens in Tibet

LHASA,July 1(China Tibet Online)The Nujianggou Section of the Sichuan-Tibet Highway that was disrupted by landslide has been resumed to traffic at 15:00 on July 1 after seven hours' rescue.

Traffic on the section was suspended at 9:00 on July 1 as a result of mudslide caused by a persistent rain.According to the rescue team, the obstacles totaled more than 900 cubic meters with the height being piled up to 8 meters.
