We offer an extensive range of Tibet group tours designed with small group sizes, competitive local prices, and carefully balanced itineraries. Our tours cover Tibet’s most iconic destinations, including Lhasa, Everest Base Camp, Mount Kailash, and beyond. To maintain exceptional service quality, each group is limited to a maximum of 15 travelers. Join our tours to share costs while enjoying professional guiding and the opportunity to make new friends on the journey of a lifetime.
Our short-term Tibet group tours are usually less than a week and focus on the most popular highlights in and around Lhasa, extending as far as Shigatse (the second largest city in Tibet). These tours are the easiest options, especially suitable for first-time visitors, families with children and elders, and those who prefer a relatively comfortable journey on the "Roof of the World".
Our 7-10 days Tibet group tours cover a wider range of destinations beyond the cities of Lhasa and Shigatse, offering a deeper exploration of Tibet. These itineraries are arranged at a steady pace, allowing for better acclimatization and more comprehensive sightseeing. They are ideal for tourists who want to visit destinations such as Everest Base Camp, or travel further to the Gyirong Border via the famous China-Nepal Friendship Highway.
Looking for a pilgrimage odyssey? Our in-depth Tibet group tours take you from the central regions into the remote landscapes of Western Tibet. These carefully designed itineraries head to sacred sites such as Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar, providing a once-in-a-lifetime spiritual adventure. In addition, if you’re interested in the ancient civilization on the plateau, you can join one of our tours below that include the Ruins of Guge Kingdom.
Our group tours are ideal for solo travelers, couples, friends (less than 4 pax), and budget-conscious travelers who want to share costs and meet like-minded people from around the world.
Our Tibet group tours are organized in small groups, usually 5-15 travelers. Keeping the group size limited ensures better service, smoother logistics, and a more comfortable travel experience.
Most group tours cover Tibet’s highlights, such as Lhasa, Yamdrok Lake, Namtso Lake, Shigatse, Everest Base Camp, and longer itineraries may include Mount Kailash and Western Tibet.
Our group tour packages include accommodation, transportation by car, Tibet Travel Permit, an English-speaking guide, and all entrance fees. Meals and flights/train tickets are usually excluded unless stated otherwise.
Yes. You can arrive 1-2 days early for acclimatization before joining the group tour, and we can arrange extra hotel nights, airport or train station transfers, and optional light sightseeing in Lhasa at a relaxed pace. This allows your body more time to adjust to the altitude and helps reduce the risk of altitude sickness before the group tour begins.
In major cities of Tibet, you can choose comfortable 3-star to 4-star hotels with private bathrooms, good heating, and convenient locations close to main attractions. Rooms are generally arranged on a twin-sharing basis, with single rooms available upon request for an additional supplement. In remote areas, such as Everest Base Camp and during Mount Kailash trekking, accommodation conditions are more basic. Travelers usually stay in simple guesthouses or dorm-style rooms, with 3-4 people sharing a room and shared bathroom facilities.
No. We do not include any factory visits or commission-based shops in our Tibet group tours. All of our itineraries are designed to focus on authentic sightseeing, cultural experiences, and a comfortable travel pace. Of course, during free time, you are welcome to explore local markets, handicraft shops, or souvenir stores at your own discretion.
Yes. You can choose your hotels for our Tibet group tours, within certain guidelines. However, if you have a preferred hotel or hotel category, in the meantime, your chosen hotel matches the group itinerary, we will do our best to accommodate your request. From Jan, CzechThe trip went exactly as planned and we saw exactly everything that was promised in the program. I chose this travel agency by chance, but it turned out that I could not have chosen a better one for seeing Mount Everest, so I highly recommend it to everyone.
From Vicki, United KingdomOur guide in Lhasa called Phurbur was excellent and answered all our questions on Tibet as well as giving us loads of information and taking us to some cheap local eating places (as we requested) where he ate with us.
